INTERNATIONAL ADVICE SUPPORT LLC

1.- INTRODUCTION These general conditions regulate the use of the services of INTERNATIONAL ADVICE SUPPORT LLC.



 

The services are aimed at users who need to obtain any of the solutions that our company offers. By accessing any of the services that INTERNATIONAL ADVICE SUPPORT LLC, you as a USER, hereinafter acknowledge that you have read and accepted these General Conditions of Service and agree to comply with all its terms and conditions. Likewise, the USER acknowledges and accepts that the access and use of our services will be subject to the General Conditions of Use that are in force at the time they agree to acquire it. In any case, any person, natural or legal, who does not accept these terms and conditions, must refrain from using and/or acquiring our services that may be offered. INTERNATIONAL ADVICE SUPORT LLC reserves the right to modify these General Conditions of Use at any time, as well as other general or particular conditions resulting from the provision of different services and/or procedures.



 

2.- DURATION OF THE CONTRACT. The Service Provision Agreement will begin from the date of the initial payment for activation of the application, and will expire once the services described in the Terms and Conditions are fulfilled, but not later, unless previously terminated, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.



 

3.- PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION POLICY In accordance with the provisions of the laws regarding the protection of personal data, INTERNATIONAL ADVICE SUPPORT LLC undertakes to adopt the necessary measures within its reach to ensure the privacy of the data information collected in a way that ensures your security.



 

4.- DISPUTE RESOLUTION Amicable resolution: The parties agree to make all possible efforts to resolve amicably any dispute, controversy or claim that may arise in the contractual relationship or with any violation, termination or invalidity related to it. SUPPORT AND MANAGEMENT. INTERNATIONAL ADVICE SUPPORT will provide management and support services through its qualified professionals, through its online platform (chat, calls, video calls), as appropriate to the plan purchased. INTERNATIONAL ADVICE SUPPORT LLC is committed to developing a comprehensive and quality service, advising and assisting the USER in all procedural matters to protect the interests of the USER, generating an obligation of MEANS AND NOT OF RESULT. The advisory service is considered a unique service per person and per visa requested. All the information shared by the USER, as well as that generated in the advisory service, is subject to high standards of confidentiality, therefore it is prohibited to provide said information to third parties, unless authorities with a judicial order, or other third parties with written authorization. and authenticated by the USER, they demand it. The information shared will be valid in the data processing at INTERNATIONAL ADVICE SUPPORT during the period of the commercial relationship with the USER.



 

5.- DURATION OF THE COMMERCIAL RELATIONSHIP The commercial relationship will be understood from the moment the USER makes the initial activation payment of the advisory service application and culminates when the confirmation of presentation of the procedure and final result is sent to the USER of the same; The adviser will verify the personal folder of the applicant, making sure that all mutually acquired commitments have been fulfilled. 6.- TERMINATION OF THE COMMERCIAL RELATIONSHIP The following points will be grounds for termination of the commercial relationship between INTERNATIONAL ADVICE SUPPORT LLC and the USER: 1.- Provision of erroneous, untrue, impersonated or deceitful information that calls into question the good name of the USER and INTERNATIONAL ADVICE SUPPORT LLC. 2.- Negligence of information requests made by the immigration advisor, necessary for the advisory process. 3.- The lack of payment of the entire service by the USER. 4.- Execution of processes that result in negative side effects to the visa application process outside of the instructions made by the legal advisor. 5.- Any other fact that affects the good name of INTERNATIONAL ADVICE SUPPORT LLC.



 

6.- Due to the illness or death of the USER, which prevents him from continuing with the contracted process. 7.- By withdrawal of any of the parties due to lack of the required documentation. INTERNATIONAL ADVICE SUPPORT LLC is not responsible for the misunderstanding of all the explanations and information that the advisor provides to the USER at the time of taking the advice, and the user does not perceive it. The denial of the visa does not mean the refund of the payment received by INTERNATIONAL ADVICE SUPPORT, under no circumstances, since the granting depends on the appreciation and decision of the consular body. Accompaniment and management only represents a means for the adequate and suitable presentation of a consular application, but does not guarantee the result of the application.



 

7.- REFUND OF PAYMENTS RECEIVED BY INTERNATIONAL ADVICE SUPPORT LLC. INTERNATIONAL ADVICE SUPPORT LLC offers refunds for its services based on the refund policy described in this document. Once the services of INTERNATIONAL ADVICE SUPPORT LLC have been purchased, such as: personalized advice, management and filling of forms, translation of documents, among others, the client will have 5 business days after the purchase to request a refund, as long as INTERNATIONAL ADVICE SUPPORT LLC, has not provided the paid services and the client has not used any of the services. In the event that INTERNATIONAL ADVICE SUPPORT LLC has provided the client with the services in whole or in part, the client will not be eligible for a refund. All refund requests are subject to approval by the customer service department, as long as the customer's request is eligible for a refund. To be eligible for a refund, the customer must make a formal written return request to the customer service department of INTERNATIONAL ADVICE SUPPORT LLC. This refund request can be sent to the email asistencia@iasteam.org If the USER cannot continue with the current process, they will have the possibility of freezing the service or assigning the rights of the service to another person in writing, through their email electronic, used in the initiated process, with prior authorization from INTERNATIONAL ADVICE SUPPORT. Once the advice is acquired, the new USER automatically accepts the terms and conditions of this contract. 7.1.- PAYMENTS TO THIRD PARTIES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE INTERNATIONAL ADVICE SUPPORT is under no circumstances responsible for the expenses incurred by the USER in carrying out their processes, such as: digital photographs, police records, printing and scanning of documentation, notarization of documents, payment for medical examinations, payment for national or international shipping services, national or international transfers, payment for air or hotel reservations



 

(THE USER IS REMINDED THAT IN ORDER TO CARRY OUT THE IMMIGRATION PROCESS, IT IS NOT NECESSARY TO BUY AIR TICKETS OR ACCOMMODATION IN THE DESTINATION COUNTRY, OR TO INCUR ANY EXPENSES EXTERNAL TO THE APPLICATION PROCESS THAT IS NOT A REQUIREMENT DEMANDED BY THE RESPECTIVE CONSULATE OR EMBASSIES) ​
